從桑拿開始,帶大家呼吸練習,回到身體當下。透過音樂、燈光、香氣與引導,放下外界的雜音。
We begin in the sauna with guided breathwork. Music, lighting, scent, and guidance help you let go of the outside noise.
桑拿完熱的身體很適合冰浴,專人引導大家如何適應冰水,突破身心的界限。
Your heated body is primed for the cold. Our guides walk you through easing into the ice water, pushing past your limits.
再回到桑拿,體驗冷熱交替的感受。課後有自由時間讓大家交流或多走幾個 round。
Return to the sauna and experience the contrast cycle. Afterwards, socialize or do extra rounds at your own pace.
課程中途不可加入。請提早 10-15 分鐘抵達,預留更衣置物時間。
No late entry. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to change and store your belongings.
請準備泳衣或貼身運動服。館內提供毛巾、飲水、洗浴用品。
Bring swimwear or fitted activewear. We provide towels, water, and shower amenities.
課程中禁止攝影錄影。課後自由時間可在不影響他人情況下拍攝。
